Overview
At Global Goods LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Certain product categories are non-returnable, including:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
Intimate or sanitary items
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Additional Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards
Downloadable digital products
Certain health and personal care items
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for every return.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirming its arrival along with approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a standard processing period.

Exchanges
We replace items only in cases of defects or damage.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at sales@globalgoodsllc.store and send the product to:
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value. Once we receive the return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, return shipping costs may be deducted.
Depending on your location, the time required for exchanged items to reach you may vary.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Subhan Group LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments.
